I am purchasing a house and my realtor recommended Don to inspect my new purchase. The inspector was very professional, the inspection was very professional and thorough. The report is very detailed and informative. Would strongly recommend this company for future home inspections!!

Don Torchia did an inspection on a home we had placed an offer on and the experience was excellent. Don is friendly and professional. He was willing to answer all our questions as he went through the home, whether it was something he was currently working on or not. His verbal report highlighted any concerns before he left and we received a detailed written report by the end of the same day. He had recommendations for contractors to use for remediation of minor issues he discovered. All in all, the inspection was thorough and professionally done. We will call Don first if we need another inspection.

Buying my first home I expected the process to be much more stressful but having Don come out made the things so much better. Kind soul and willing to get a little messy. Did a full roof/attic-basement inspection and showed me all the findings along with recommendations. I’ll be recommending you to anyone buying a home, thank you Don !
