He was extremely helpful as we walked through the home and was knowledgable and understanding and patient with us as we asked many questions. If you need to have a Home Inspection; this is the company to hire. Mr. Don Torchia completed a very thorough home inspection for us from the roof, attic, main floor and basement. There was nothing that was not inspected in the house. He provided us details as he discovered them and the severity of the issue and provided recommendations for correcting them. At the end of the inspection; did a review again to summarize the inspection results highlighting both big and small issues. This is my first time buying a house , first time out of an apartment which every home buyer understands is a completely different ball-game than being responsible for everything in your house . Needless to say I had questions and tons of them . Don was extremely patient with me , answered all my questions ,continued to give me tips for future, made suggestions when I requested and above all made the whole inspection process fun . I not only learnt so much about the house that I am interested in but also came to appreciate what I am getting and also made notes on things I must work on when I get in. Overall it was a great experience . Don is also an extremely pleasant person to work with . Extremely knowledgeable of his area of work and has this ability to explain things in a simpler/layman terms for all those to whom the technical aspects don't come naturally . I also liked the report that was sent to me later on . Everything was clearly organized with detailed pictures and than summarized at the end for a quick reference. The issues were marked in a different font color with arrows on the pictures. I would highly recommend Don for your inspection needs .Thank you Don for all your time and I appreciate your work so much .

I called Don today and need an inspection of my basement ASAP for a mortgage company. He was able to go out between jobs the same day. I also received the report same day. I will definitely be calling Don in the future as I need him.

As a first time home buyer, I wasn’t sure what to expect for the inspection but Don was wonderful to work with since I first reached out. He was quick to respond, professional and the inspection was so thorough and detailed, it made me feel very confident and informed on my decision to buy this home. I had family members with me for the inspection that have owned multiple homes and they both said they had never seen such a thorough and helpful inspector. He answered all of my questions and walked us through the house in person to make sure I was aware of and understood everything.
