You can’t ask for a better inspector than Don. He was on time and ready to go, with a great attitude and friendly personality. Don was very thorough and detailed during the inspection and on his report. Looked at every part of the home and was there to answer any questions. If your buying a home and need an inspector I highly recommend him.

He was patient with me and all my questions and concerns before/during/ and after the inspection. The inspection report was very well done and included pictures of items that would need to be fixed.....making it easy to read. Basement to Roof Home Inspections is phenomenal. Very prompt, courteous, personable and EXTREMELY THOROUGH! I thought I was knowledgeable enough about houses to forgo paying for a home inspection. I'm very happy I decided to hire Mr. Torchia, After Don spent an entire afternoon with my realtor and myself at the potential home purchase he emailed me a 43 page report at midnight. This report was loaded with grading scales, clear explanations and vivd color pictures which included arrows highlighting his concerns. This home has an extremely complicated 2 gas furnaces, 2 geo thermal furnaces and 4 hot water heaters. Mr. Torchia referred us to a specialized Geothermal company to inspect this intricate heating and cooling system. Ron arrived the next morning for free to oversee the additional heating and cooling company's inspection. I would highly recommend Basement to Roof Home Inspections.

Don is an excellent inspector, He was clear upfront about his work method. His inspection report is well organized with result of all items been inspected as well as summary of issues with clear picture and recommendations. We are first time home-buyer and all questions was answered about our new home. Very much satisfied.

I almost didn't hire a home inspector since most people I spoke to had told me the limited value most home inspectors provided them (and I have a background in construction). Going into this I expected very little and what I received was the complete opposite. Don didn't just do a passing inspection he really dug into the inspection and validated everything he could (short of knocking holes in walls). Don raises the bar when it comes to inspections and if I ever decided to buy a home again he would be on my list of folks to call.
