Great inspection for our new home purchase. Matt Danielson assisted us as recommended by our realtor Allison Kochanowski with Keller Williams. Matt was very thorough, diligent, honest, and professional. this is my second home purchase so by no means am I an expert on property condition. Matt arrived early to begin the exterior inspection to save us time. Gave us a lot of great advice on what work could be done and what could be postponed until the near future. He explained which items should be replaced or could be easily fixed with small parts from Home Depot. Matt was not bothered by all of the questions we had and allowed us to follow him around if we wished or sit tight while he completed other areas of the inspection and we continued looking through our future home thinking of how we would design and furnish the place. Overall, an incredible experience. You definitely will not be disappointed with Matt and his team at Basement to Roof Home inspections. He was able to conduct the inspection within 2 days of us reaching out. Pretty fast turn time which is absolutely necessary in this market.
