I had some concerns on a condo I was buying. Specifically, was the carpet glued on with a certain type of mastic known to have asbestos. He carefully looked under all the carpets and determined that there was no gluing used. What I was seeing was the padding disintegrating over time. Matt was patient and answered all my questions. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants quality, cost effective inspections.
