We are in the process of closing on our first home and had Don from BTRHI come out and perform an inspection. The experience and service provided was EXCEPTIONAL!!! My friend referred Don to me for the home inspection in Grand Rapids, and he was kind enough to drive from Detroit with just a small extra fee. He was very detailed and he's pointed out several things that could cost me a fortune if I didn't know about it. Don is very professional and thorough. Arrived ahead of time to do the inspection outside while we were waiting for the house to be open. It was very cold ,but that did not stop him, he came prepared. Took his time to explain the findings and provided extensive and understandable report. Through the inspection he explained what he found and made suggestions on how to address issues. He encouraged us to reach out if we had any questions. Report was ready the same day.
