Don did a great job with our home inspection. He was thorough and kept us informed as he went through the process. We were very happy with our choice.

Don and Matt did an excellent job with the inspection service that they provided during our home search process. Don explained the whole process in the beginning and gave us time to ask questions before they got started with the inspection of the home. They allowed us to follow them and ask any questions or point to them anything that we noticed. I was impressed by the depth of the knowledge that both of them brought to the job. During the process, Don also made sure to point out any potential maintenance that we should be aware of down the line which would fall under regular home maintenance. Don was very responsive to my queries and also took time to go over each line item in the report and how much to budget for the repairs for each item. We were given Don's Contact information by our realtor. From our first interaction through the whole inspection process Don was great to work with. He was flexible in setting up our inspection time and answered all questions we had before hand. During the actual inspection, Don left no stone un-turned. He went into the attic, he went down to the basement, he went to the roof and flew over head with a drone. He did it all. He stayed as long as was needed to check every aspect of the house and answered every question and concern we could come up with. Afterwards he sat down with us and gave us the full break down of what he found, what was good, and what needed work. We have a crystal clear picture of what needs work on our new house and had a great experience with a very knowledgeable person.

We had Don do an inspection of our home that we plan to sell soon. He was so thorough and really paid attention to every small detail. It enabled us to have a comprehensive list of things to work on to make our home perfect for sale. He was a pleasure to be around as well!

We truly hope this review helps others. We met with Don (one of the partners) at the home we were purchasing. The inspection started outside with a physical walkthrough and then moved to a drone for the roof and chimney. We then moved to the house where we worked our way down from the attic to the basement. An infrared camera was used to look for moisture and handheld thermometers to check HVAC and appliance temps too. Fortunately for us the home checked out fine. During the inspection Don also pointed out items that would need replacement eventually and provided suggestions for replacement and whether to replace as is or change with more than a single option. Basement to roof was referred by my realtor. Matt was excellent. He was very professional and thorough. Matt answered all my questions and was very patient and knowledgeable. He went over his findings at the end. I received an email same day with details and pictures. I would 100% recommend you will not be disappointed.

I was impressed with his comprehensive knowledge as he explained exactly what he was doing while doing it, and didn't mind us looking over his shoulder the whole time. Extremely knowledgeable, fast service

Don was such a pleasure to work with. He was very responsive to my texts and calls. He was there at the inspection site 15 minutes early, and therefore we were able to have a short discussion of what to expect from his inspection. He answered all our questions and did his work diligently. The report was given to us the same day of inspection and that was impressive. He educated us about a lot of things, and especially us being first time home buyers, it helped us a lot. He also gave us cost estimates for the work that needed to be done to the house. I will defintely use his service again in future.

Matt conducted a very thorough inspection of a house I am interested in purchasing, answered all my questions and provided helpful information on what I would need to fix soon, and what could wait a while. I asked a lot of maintenance questions, and he answered all of them in a friendly, helpful manner. I'd recommend him to anyone!
