I was very impressed with the level of detail and attention that Don put into our inspection. I did some shopping around and feel that Don provided the best value for the money. Our inspection took about three hours and in that time every area of the house was looked at in great detail. An electronic report was sent to me quickly that provided in writing the areas inspected and many photos as well. The warranties and recall checks that Don provides are something I didn't see anyone else doing either and really swayed my decision. I would gladly call Don again and I'll recommend him when friends/family need an inspection.
