Don Torchia is very knowledgeable and fun to work with. He arrived early and got started to work right away looking over the exterior of the house. He went top to bottom investigating all facets of the house and explained the issues he found, which were luckily for me, few. He answered all of my questions, and even showed me how the gas fireplaces worked. He also helped me find equally professional contractors to perform the work that was revealed during the inspection. This company is the best and I highly recommend it, My best inspector Matt come to inspect a house that I was about to buy with huge damage to the house foundation, but the thing is when I called and asked about the price how much will they do that inspection to that house and they give me a price and I was thinking that they over pricing but what I paid is nothing for they had done for me and not only that inspection was done the next day when I called wow I don’t know that to say this company is 5 stars and up thanks so much much Matt for everything….
