On Sept. 21, 2019 Matt Danielson of Basement to Roof Home Inspections met with my husband and I to inspect a condominium we are in the process of buying. Matt was very friendly and he explained what he would be looking for during the inspection. He was professional and thorough, and checked a few things upon my request. (He even brought snacks !) When the inspection was done, he pointed out things of concern and made suggestions on how to improve the condominium. The next day I received the fully detailed inspection report in my home email. We were very blessed to have Matt as our Inspector. He made us feel very comfortable during a stressful time of selling and buying a new home.
