In fact, he went above and beyond my expectations as he showed me how to change/replace the furnace filter, turn off the electricity to the unit, shut off the water, and turn off the gas. He also provided me with recommendations on how to fix some of the doors in the unit. Don is timely and great. Glad to have utilized his company and services.

Matt actually arrived early and was working when I pulled to the property. Matt has a GREAT personality. He was thorough and didn't rush. He answered all questions and then some. He checked rooter the tooter and the candle stick maker. After he was done. He showed me everything that needed to be addressed. I felt very comfortable with his findings. General home inspection after offer was accepted from sellers. Don did a very thorough job on the home and spent at least a couple of hours at the house. He was courteous and took time to answer all of my questions. Wpuld highly recommend him.

The service was about a house inspection, on a Saturday morning at 9 AM. When I arrived, Dan was on on the roof, he had already inspected the exterior and the roof! And he did that thoroughly and documented the findings with pictures that I saw in the received report that evening. Next, all the rest of the house and everything inside was subjected to his sharp eye. Also he offered explanations and advise on every item I asked about. Last but not least, Dan was not only knowledgeable and professional, but also personable, a thing that some businesses lack, but not this one!
