Very Thorough

Basement to Roof Home Inspections was amazing from start to finish. We received both text and email to confirm our date and time of inspection. Our inspector, Matt was incredible thorough, knowledgable, and educational throughout the whole process.

Don, as a person is extremely pleasant and personable, we spoke on the phone to schedule the appointment and he was able to get me in right away. As a professional he is superb, this is my first home purchase so he was very thorough in explaining every detail of the home, why things are the way they are now, and how to fix them if they needed it. He was very thorough, he looked at every nook and cranny and provided clear photos with concise instructions in his follow-up report (which was so easy to read, and is laid out in a way that will be easy to reference back to as a check-list of sorts for future repairs). I feel confident going into this purchase having this information in front of me. I will definitely use Don for my next home purchase.
