Quality Inspection - Guaranteed
The most important factor to consider when buying a home is choosing a trustworthy inspector. Don Torchia’s BTR Inspection includes the most thorough inspection available using ASHI Standards of Practice. Our pricing includes a 200% guarantee, for your peace of mind. If you’re not satisfied with our inspection, we will refund your money. We will also pay for another inspection provided we receive a copy of the report from that inspector and you use the same Realtor.
How does the guarantee work?
If you are unsatisfied with our Basement to Roof (BTR) Home Inspection service, we will refund the buyer of the inspection (the 100%). Buyer must notify us in writing within three days of the inspection. We will also pay for another inspection by an ASHI certified home inspector with E&O insurance (the 200%). You must use the same realtor to be eligible for the 200% guarantee. For full terms that apply, please see the inspection agreement.

- Residential Home Inspections
A home inspection is an objective visual examination of the physical structure and systems of a house, from the roof to the foundation.
The standard home inspector’s report will cover the condition of the home’s heating system; central air conditioning system (temperature permitting); interior plumbing and electrical systems; the roof, attic and visible insulation; walls, ceilings, floors, windows and doors; the foundation, basement and structural components.
- Radon Testing
Radon is a cancer causing, radioactive gas you cannot see, smell, or taste. When you breathe air containing radon, you increase your risk of getting lung cancer. In fact, the Surgeon General of the United States has warned that radon is the second leading cause of lung cancer in the United States today. Testing is the only way to find out your home’s radon levels. The EPA and the Surgeon General recommend testing all homes below the third floor for radon. If you find that you have high radon levels, there are ways to fix a radon problem. Even very high levels can be reduced to acceptable levels.
We offer active radon testing as an optional service with our home inspections. Contact us for more information.
