Quality Inspection – Guaranteed
The most important factor to consider when buying a home is choosing a trustworthy inspector. Don Torchia’s BTR Inspection includes the most thorough inspection available using ASHI Standards of Practice. Our pricing includes a 200% guarantee, for your peace of mind. If you’re not satisfied with our inspection, we will refund your money. We will also pay for another inspection provided we receive a copy of the report from that inspector and you use the same Realtor.
How does the guarantee work?
If you are unsatisfied with our Basement to Roof (BTR) Home Inspection service, we will refund the buyer of the inspection (the 100%). Buyer must notify us in writing within three days of the inspection. We will also pay for another inspection by an ASHI certified home inspector with E&O insurance (the 200%). You must use the same realtor to be eligible for the 200% guarantee. For full terms that apply, please see the inspection agreement.

Radon testing each costs an additional $150 when purchased with an inspection, and Mold testing costs an additional $250 with an inspection.
